How do you relax? May be by practicing some sport, or by reading a book, by watching Netflix or by sharing a moment with friends?
Those are all good strategies but more effective to change your thoughts than to actually relax your body and mind completely!
All day long, our body and our mind cumulate impressions, emotions, tensions, both physically and mentally, which for most remain in our organism and which continue, without us realizing, draining our energy!
This Sunday we will explore what vital energy actually is according to the yogic science via a short presentation followed by a nice and relaxing yogic practice introducing exercises that you then can integrate easily into your daily routine to eliminate accumulated tensions and regenerate your body and mind with vital energy, called prana!*** details ***
