Everybody talks about yoga, you want to understand and experience why?
Or you simply don’t like Sunday evenings and wish to make them more enjoyable?
I invite you to discover the traditional Hatha Yoga every Sunday evening for 5 weeks.
Session after session, you will discover the 12 basic postures alongside their physical, mental and spiritual benefits. Each week we will also go through the foundation of the yogic practice; breathing techniques, relaxation, healthy nutrition, meditation via short interactive presentations.
After each session, you will not only leave with beautiful energy to apprehend the coming week with peace and joy, but also with hand-outs summarising the learning allowing you to integrate them into your daily routine.

The introduction starts on Sunday, April 28th through May 26th from 5 to 7 om.
To note that if you happen to miss a class, I propose an accelerated catch-up the following Sunday half an hour before the regular class.
